	Ans. a.) By submitting at least one multi-listing property of any kind for web publication. How is this done? Submit your multi-listing property in Free Ad Form b.) Or, join Property Icon full-time or part-time.
2. I like to find some good investment opportunities in real estate properties. How can you help me?
	Ans. Kindly go to Buyer Inquiry and fill up Wanted Properties Form and describe the property you are looking for. Property Icon will actively electronically scan "good buy" properties and will contact you.
3. How can I advertise my properties (for sale, for rent, for joint venture or wanted properties) in the web?
	Ans. To avail web advertising, kindly go to Free Ad Form.
4. Are membership fee, set up fee, monthly fee, listing fee required in order to avail free web advertising for my properties?
	Ans. None. We participate in the equal sharing of sale commission only after a sale has been consummated. If there is no sale, there is no expense on your part.

6. Regarding the digital NCR Licensed Real Estate Practitioner (LREP) Directory, what are
the publication versions available?

Ans.  The digital Directory is published both yearly and three times per year - exclusively
                for the active brokers working with computers. Default transmission is by
                e-mail.

                Version 3.0 "Mail Merge" 1999 LREP Directory publication - covering
                                      licenses issued all 12 months period.  Complete data.
                                    This version is applicable for mail merge.
                          Price: Peso 1,000.00 per copy/year.

                Version 3.1 "READ ONLY" - Once A year 1999 LREP publication of Version
                                    3.0 - covering licenses issued all 12 months period. Complete
                                    data. This version is NOT applicable for mail merge.
                          Price: Peso 150.00 per copy/year.

                Version 4.0  Year 2000 LREP Directory Publication is three times
                                    per year.
                                    Order by one year subscription. Complete data.
                                    First issue will be released on March 2000, covering licenses
                                    data January to February 2000. Second publication will be on
                                    August 2000. Third (last) publication will be on December, 2000.
                                    This version can do mail merge.

                         Price: Peso 2,000.00 per year subscription, covering total three issues
                                    per year, covering data from January, 2000 to December,2000.

5. How are brokerage sales commission divided or shared?

7. Is the LREP directory available in hard (paper) copy or available in 3.5 diskette copy?
	Ans. No. It is available only thru the internet.

8. Is the Earthquake Report available in hard (paper) copy or in 3.5 diskette copy?
