(1999 and 2000) PMRB Multi-Listing, first inaugurated on
October, 1999. It is one of the best and most reliable listing
in the country today with over 1,400
listings. We urge brokers to make the most of it. View it at
least twice a month. Because
of the slowdown in real estate transactions, we estimate that
only about ten percent sale on brokerage
sales have been consummated and that the rest of the multi-listing
properties are still active accounts.
